Dispatch Timeframes

• Standard Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from our Sydney warehouse.
• Peak Periods: During high-demand periods such as Autumn to Winter, End of Financial Year (June/July), and Christmas/New Year (December/January), dispatch may be delayed by 5–7 business days.

Holiday Closure

Our warehouses are closed from 22nd December to 10th January each year. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched once we reopen. Outside of this closure, we continue to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your rug’s delivery progress.

Delivery Service

We partner with trusted couriers like Allied Express, Fastway, Couriers Please, and Hunter Express to ensure safe delivery of your rug. Please note that we are only responsible for delivering your order to ground level.

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping Australia-wide, but this is a limited-time offer and may be subject to change.
• PO Box Deliveries: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses; a valid street address is required for order processing.

Authority to Leave

To ensure contactless deliveries, especially since the COVID lockdown period, we leave your rug at the delivery premises when it's safe to do so. Please refer to the tracking link for delivery details. Once delivered, we are unable to assist if the rug is misplaced or stolen.

Delivery Areas

We ship daily to metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Perth. We also deliver to outside metro areas within NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA, and ACT.

Exclusions to Free Shipping

Delivery to certain postcodes is not covered by free shipping and will incur additional charges based on weight, dimensions, and distance. Please contact us for freight charges before placing your order.
